Disclaimer: I am not an archaeologist! My specialty is computers and Internet technology, not archaeology or anthropology. While I consider myself fluent in research procedures and the scientific method, I am a layman when it comes to the science involved on these pages. I include facts and suppositions only when they have been conveyed to me by researchers in the field, but these are by nature unciteable. Please do not use my web site as a reference for a research paper. I would be happy to refer you to references or experts who would be better sources. I went to Peru as a volunteer for sheer pleasure and excitement. Errors and Unintentional Omissions: Since this site is a narrative of my own experience in Casma, I welcome any and all feedback as it relates to factual errors, omissions or suggestions. I'm aiming for perfection, but I acknowledge that I've likely fallen short. I apologize in advance for these shortcomings but hope that you enjoy visiting my site nonetheless. Intentional Exclusions: In some cases, I have intentionally withheld details of findings in the field until the researchers are able to properly publish their results. This was my own decision and not done at the behest of the researchers. Contact: Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or comments about the site. Please do NOT email me if you want to sell me something.
